그가 찔림은

이사야 53 : 5

“그가 찔림은 우리의 허물 때문이요 그가 상함은 우리의 죄악 때문이라 그가 징계를 받으므로 우리는 평화를 누리고 그가 채찍에 맞음으로 우리는 나음을 받았도다”

 

이 말씀을 읽을 때마다 내가 무엇인데 나를 위해? 질문을 던지면 주님의 형용할 수 없는 그 큰 사랑에 가슴이 아프고 눈물이 난다.

 

그러나 그저 “주님 감사합니다” 입술로만 고백할 뿐이다.

But He Was Pierced

Isaiah 53 : 5

“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.”

 

Whenever I read this holy word, I ask the question, “Why for me?” and I feel heartbroken and tearful at the great love of the Lord.

But all I can do is confess, “Thank you my Lord”.
